Multi-Tournament Travel Discount:
More than one travel tournament by the same team
This discount is for entry into two or more travel tournaments by the same team. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount. Deposit must be paid within 5 days of application. All player families must stay in a Big Bear provided hotel for a minimum of 2 nights. The Team representative must contact our office within 5 business days of your application submission for the tournament discount to be applied: 248-399-1694/ text 248-936-6518.
1st Tournament: 10% 2nd and 3rd Tournament: 20% 4th and 5th Tournament: 30% 6+ Tournament: 50%
More than one team from the same association / club
This discount is for entry by two or more teams from the same association or club into the same tournament. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount. Applications for all teams must be submitted and deposit paid for each team within 5 days. Please contact our office after the last application with paid deposit is submitted to ensure the discount is entered for each team PRIOR to full payment being made: 248-399-1694/ text 248-936-6518.
2nd and 3rd Team: $100 each 4th and 5th Team: $200 each 6+ Teams: $250 each
Custom Association / Club Exclusive Pricing:
Full season club discount
The program allows the entire association/club to maximize individual tournament participation and receive a special VIP pricing for each age group that participates in any Big Bear Tournament. This is intended for Hockey Directors and group Executives with 6 or more tournaments planned for the season. Participating groups will receive exclusive registration to any tournament and VIP hotel booking at all travel tournaments. The program is tailored specifically to each group based on the anticipated number of teams participating in Big Bear tournaments. This program can only be accessed through November 1, 2025.
